Flights:
Return, economy international flights will be arranged from either Johannesburg or Cape Town International Airports for prize winner plus guest.
Arrival city – Zurich - Departure city - TBC. Economy flights will be booked between venue cities as appropriate

Transfers:
The following transfers will be pre-paid:
Arrival transfers - Guests will be met on arrival at each airport by their driver.
Departure transfers - Guests will be picked up from their hotel before each departure flight.
Event transfers - Guest will be picked up from their hotel for each concert in each city.
A cash allowance will be given for return transfers from the events, this will allow guests the flexibility when returning, and they can also be taken to another venue for further entertainment if they wish. |

Meals:
Bookings will be made at one high-end restaurant in each city once the guests have been contacted, they will have an option of three cuisines in each city, and each meal will include half a bottle of wine per person or equivalent beer / soft drinks.
All other meals will be covered by the spending money at the choice and discretion of the guests, bookings can be made on their behalf once they have been contacted. Breakfast will be available daily in each hotel |

Included in the guests welcome pack will be a city pass, although exact content varies each one basically allows the guests to arrange their own itinerary while in Zurich, London and Berlin. These passes provide free entry, reduced entry and/or queue jump at most of the biggest attractions in each city.
