A multilingual artist with the ability to perform in 5 languages his performances are littered with vernacular references, vivid characterizations coupled with witty dialogue leaving crowds whooping for more and rolling in the aisles.

From humble beginnings – winning the Ricoffy Comedy Challenge, his has been a meteoric rise in the world of local comedy. His undeniable talent has led him to be asked to perform at some of the biggest shows on the local comedy calendar such as the Just Because Comedy Festival, Old Mutual Comedy Encounters, Arts Alive Comedy Festival, Blacks Only, Heavyweight Comedy Jam as well as hosting the Soweto Comedy Festival for 2 years running amongst others. Being asked to represent the country in a pre – World Cup Cultural Festival in London only served to confirm Eugene’s arrival as one of South Africa’s most prodigious performers.
