Trading on this Site
94.7 Highveld Stereo and highveld.co.za is not involved in any sale and purchase of any goods and services on this Site, save for providing a medium for free advertising of goods and services. As such:

(a) We do not represent or hold ourselves out as the manufacturer of any goods offered for sale and/or sold on this Site.
(b) We have absolutely no control over whether, nor do we represent or hold out that, the goods and services offered for sale on this Site can be legally sold or that they exist.
(c) We cannot guarantee, nor do we represent or hold out that the descriptions of any goods and services on this Site will be accurate.
(d) We have absolutely no control over, nor do we represent or hold out that a Seller or Buyer will perform their respective sale and purchase obligations of goods or services advertised on this Site.
(e) We cannot and do not represent nor hold out that we can confirm that each Buyer and Seller is who they claim to be, i.e that they are entitled to sell the goods or services.
(f) Any dispute between any Buyer and Seller arising out of, or in connection with, any sale and purchase of any goods or services on this Site should be addressed directly between the Buyer and Seller as we are not agents for either of them.
(g) We do not review the contents of the advertisements placed on this Site.
(h) The seller indemnifies 94.7 Highveld Stereo and highveld.co.za against all claims that may arise relating to their items advertised on this Site.
(i) Your use of this Site is an indication of your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
(j) The terms and conditions on this Site are subject to variation from time to time.
(k) Please do not add any HTML tags to your advertisments. These ads will either be deleted or edited.
