The ticket price includes a compulsory Park and Ride facility, what does this entail
This includes transport to and from Orlando Stadium.

THERE IS NO PARKING AT ORLANDO STADIUM.
NO CARS WILL BE ALLOWED INTO THE ORLANDO STADIUM PRECINCT.
YOU WILL BE TURNED BACK TO NASREC

Can I purchase tickets at the Stadium
No, there is not facility to purchase tickets at the Stadium. Tickets must be collected before the show at any computicket branch.

PARK AND RIDE INFORMATION
In order to keep traffic down to a minimum car pooling is encouraged. Follow signage to the parking facilities as Nasrec Expo Centre. Secure parking with information will be manned at Nasrec during operation hours on the day.

How often will the shuttles run from the Park and Ride to the venue?
On a continuous basis.

What is the distance between the park and Ride facility and the venue?
Its approximately a 20 mins drive from Nasrec to Orlando Stadium by bus only.

Do we hand our concert ticket in at the park and ride?
No at the stadium.

Is there car parking available within the Orlando Stadium – should I decide not to utilise the Park and Ride System?
No. Cars driving in to the precinct will be turned away.

How long will it take to get through the gates/security checks?
As with any major event you should allow yourself ample time to get through the gates. Gates open at 3.00 p.m. Depending on the time of day crowds and security checks may take some time. There is only 1 main public entrance and you will enter through the turnstiles.

What are the gate opening and closing times?
Gates open at 3.00 p.m. We encourage all concert goers to arrive as early as possible once the gates open. Gates will close at approximately 2.00 a.m.

What should I bring with me on the day?
Ticket(s), adequate cash, mobile phones (with charged battery), suitable clothing..

Am I allowed to bring my Camera?
Cameras for personal use are not permitted. Note: all video cameras and sound recording devices are prohibited and will be confiscated.

Are there pass-outs from the venue?
No. Once you exit the gates (after entry) you will not be permitted to re--enter.

What bathroom facilities are there available?
There will be ample toilet facilities onsite including facilities appropriate to the mobility impaired.
