A Future for the children of the homeless, Bokamoso is an organisation which sponsors children of homeless women in crèches.

The aim is to stop children being exploited by women who take them onto the streets while selling Homeless Talk or begging and to give these children a good start in life.

Most of the sponsored children attend the Roly Poly crèche in Hillbrow, an exceptionally well-equipped and well-run crèche, where not only do they have excellent care but they receive medical attention, clothes, and other benefits.

Children will also be sponsored in approved crèches nearer to where they live. Although some children are admitted at a very young age, it is essential that they are sponsored until they enter school, when they will be well-prepared for formal education.
