JEREMY MANSFIELD IN REMISSION

Jeremy Mansfield, who hosts The Rude Awakening on 94.7 Highveld Stereo, has announced that the cancer he was diagnosed with last year is in remission.
Doctors who had been treating Jeremy for Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia, known as CLL, confirmed on Friday that his scan came back clear and he is in remission.
Jeremy will go for tests four times a year for the next three years but has said he is “very happy with the result of his treatment.”
“The last nine months have been difficult and I would like to thank the thousands of listeners and supporters for their positive wishes,” he added.
